ABOUT ME
WHO AM I?
This profile once overflowed with the jargon recruiters love—synergy, ninja, disrupt, you name it. But after much world travel and recalibrating my compass, I’ve traded buzzwords for something better: perspective.
Turns out, years collaborating with creatives (and occasionally marinating in the chaos of brand-world silos) taught me a surprising truth: Clarity beats jargon. Purpose trumps pretense.
Was it the journey or the destination that mattered? (Let’s be honest—those dusty school posters got it wrong either way.) Here’s what I know now: Building meaningful work isn’t about checklists or lingo. It’s about showing up authentically, thinking boldly, and—yes—sometimes laughing at the irony of it all.

WHY ME
Honestly? Trying to write during my college days was like screaming into a void. I’d mail essays to dead magazines, work freelance gigs for ramen money, and recycle rejection emails into fuel. But here’s the thing: Failure forces you to get real. I stopped writing pretty words and started asking ugly questions—about greed, survival, why we keep hustling when the world’s on fire. Turns out, the mess is the story. Now I chase those cracks where the light gets in.
Without a doubt, launching a blog during the covid-19 pandemic. I still can’t believe it took off! My team? They’re the real heroes—obsessives who argued with me over coffee and commas. My social presence has grown to 200k in just few years with few posts, and business relationships have taken me to awesome places around the world. It’s surreal. Still feels like that kid staring at a globe, pinning sticky notes where he’d go “someday.
Choosing Texas wasn’t a decision—it was a dare. One minute I’m sweating through a July highway drive with the AC busted, the next I’m knee-deep in some small-town BBQ joint arguing about brisket theology with a guy named Bubba who’s got a “Come and Take It” tattoo. Yeah, the heat’s brutal, but so are the sunsets—wide-open skies that look like God spilled a bucket of watercolor pinks. Yeah, the Dodgers are cool, but have you ever seen a high school football parking lot on a Friday night? It’s like Mardi Gras crossed with a tractor pull.. And the people? They’ll roast your life choices over a campfire, then hand you a beer and call you family. Texas doesn’t just grow on you. It digs in like a spur.
